Let me start by saying my son loves his bracelet and the message it came with. I ordered the wrong size for him and within hours of emailing customer service I was informed that not only would they send me a new bracelet in the correct size, but I didn’t even have to return the original one I bought. After arranging this I got follow up emails ensuring that I in fact received the replacement! Absolutely amazing customer service and a beautiful, high quality bracelet. Bought the “Love you Forever” bracelet for my husband in the adult size for Christmas. It looked exactly as we expected but was way too big. It was replaced at no charge with no issue for a smaller size. We love it and very much appreciated the care and support we received from Michelle.

My son felt it was too bulky with the leather and beads attached. He would’ve worn one or the other. He liked the bead better , but not the leather so much.
