Your Avenue Club box will be shipped approximately 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after your payment is processed. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking details.
The Avenue Club is a limited, curated experience — each box is exclusive and made just for you. For that reason, it is not eligible for returns or exchanges, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions (§6 "Right of Withdrawal for Consumers").
However, after your first Avenue Club order, you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal and return the box within 14 days. If any of your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer support and we’ll make it right.
Yes — if you're on a Flex Plan (monthly billing), you can pause your subscription for the next month by making changes in your customer account before the 28th of the current month.
Pausing will suspend both payment and shipping for the following month. Your subscription will automatically resume on the 2nd of the month after your pause ends.
Please note: While paused, you will not receive Avenue Club benefits (e.g. discounts, early access, giveaways, or community invitations).
This feature is not available for pre-paid fixed-term plans (3, 6, or 12 months).
You can cancel your Flex Plan up until the 28th of the current month to stop the next shipment.
