We want you to love every purchase from Awareness Avenue. If you're unsatisfied, our return process is simple and hassle-free.

Free Returns Within the US

We’re pleased to offer free returns for our customers within the United States, within 14 days after you receive your product. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Contact Us:

   Reach out to our friendly customer support team at support@awareness-avenue.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label.

2. Prepare Your Return:

   Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Be sure to include any paperwork, parts, and accessories.

3. Attach the Pre-Paid Label:

   Print the pre-paid return label and attach it securely to your package.

4. Ship Your Return:

   Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location, or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Fast and Simple Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.

Made-to-Order Items Policy

Production Time

All made-to-order jewelry is custom-crafted with care. Please allow 10–15 business days for your item to be crafted, finished, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (Free): Once crafted and dispatched, your item will typically arrive within 7–10 business days at no extra cost.
• Express Shipping ($35): For faster delivery after your item has been crafted, express shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Cancellations and Corrections

You may cancel a made-to-order purchase within 48 hours of placing the order. Corrections to customization details must also be requested within this 48-hour window.

After the 48-hour window closes, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.

To request a cancellation or correction, contact us as soon as possible at support@awareness-avenue.com.

Regular Made-to-Order Items

Regular made-to-order items are not eligible for a refund. However, they may be exchanged for another product.

Customized Made-to-Order Items

Customized made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

An item is considered customized when the order includes one or more of the following:

• Added engraving
• Changed stone carat
• Changed stone color
• Changed band color

Lifetime Warranty

Both regular and customized made-to-order items are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which protects against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

If an issue arises because of a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Defective Products

If your item arrives defective or does not match the confirmed order details, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.

Your Lifetime Warranty continues to protect you against eligible manufacturing and craftsmanship defects after this initial 14-day period.

Ring Resizing

If your made-to-order ring does not fit correctly, we’ll cover the cost of resizing at your local jeweler, up to $50, to help ensure the right fit.
