The deposit stays fully refundable until your ring enters production, and nothing enters production until you approve the design and the quote.
What if I don’t know exactly what ring I want?
That’s a perfectly good place to start. Bring a feeling, a story, one screenshot or simply a few things you like and dislike. You don’t need jewelry terminology—your designer will help translate what you mean into clear design choices.
Can I use an inspiration image?
Absolutely. Screenshots, saved rings, sketches, heirloom details and even non-jewelry references can all help communicate the direction. We’ll identify what makes the reference feel right to you—from the proportions and profile to the setting and small details—then shape those ideas into a ring of your own.
What if the first design isn’t right?
Then we keep refining it. Revisions are unlimited during the design stage, because the goal is not to persuade you to accept a first attempt—it’s to arrive at the exact design you feel ready to approve.
Will I see and approve the ring before it is made?
Yes. You’ll review the final design, materials, feasibility and exact production price before authorizing manufacturing. Nothing is cast, set or finished until those decisions are yours and you explicitly approve them.
Which stones and metals can I choose?
Your designer can help you explore moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, sapphires and more unexpected stones, together with the metal, setting and band that suit the design. We’ll explain the differences plainly and guide you toward the combination that fits your priorities and budget.
How do I know the materials and craftsmanship are right?
The proposed materials, sourcing and technical feasibility are professionally reviewed before you receive the fixed final quote. Once made, the ring is inspected before it is insured and shipped. We’ll also explain the relevant stone and material details before you approve production.
Will the ring be comfortable and practical to wear?
That belongs in the design conversation. Tell us how the ring will be worn and what matters to you—such as a lower profile, a flush-fitting wedding band or a more secure setting. Your designer will help you understand how those choices affect the look, feel and everyday practicality of the finished ring.
When will I know the final price and timeline?
You choose the budget we design toward at the very start, and it shapes the materials we recommend — not the design you love. After your concepts are refined and professionally reviewed, you’ll receive the formal production quote and expected schedule before deciding whether to proceed. If a design choice changes the cost or timing, we’ll settle that before production—not surprise you afterward.
What happens if the finished ring needs attention?
Tell us. Eligible issues with materials or craftsmanship are protected by our lifetime guarantee. And before production, we’ll keep refining the design until it feels right—because if you’re not beside yourself with joy, we don’t want your money. We’ll just need the ring back. Sorry.
