Bought off an add on Facebook so was very wary if would actually get purchase. They arrived after some time sue to postie delays but once here. It is beautiful.
I am so impressed with the customer service from this company! I ordered this necklace for my daughter thinking it was adjustable, as was stated on the website. When it arrived, I found it wasn't adjustable and it was too big for my daughter. She really liked it, so I thought I would contact Awareness Avenue and explain the situation (not really having very high expectations with regard to a reply). Not only did I get a reply, but I also received an apology together with a promise the website team would be advised to change the website to avoid any further confusion. On top of that, they offered me a replacement necklace in a smaller size free of charge, which I received last week. My daughter is wearing her necklace and is extremely happy with it. Awareness Avenue has restored my faith in online purchasing, with the knowledge that there are still companies out there that know the meaning of excellent customer service.
