FIrst off this ring is very important to me because I deal with pretty intense mental health issues and this is a reminder that I am enough regardless of my extras. It is a constant reminder and brings a wave of calm and recentering.
As for the actual ring, it is very comfortable. Some adjustable rings, when you open them to fit they stretch oblong and this ring stays in shape so no part of my finger is squished. It is also smooth so it does not irritate my finger at all. I believe it will be a ring that i wear for years.
This is my second time purchasing this ring. I misplaced it while on a trip and I missed the daily reminder that I AM ENOUGH. When I am feeling unworthy, this is the perfect reminder to straighten my crown. I have it on everyday! Great material and durability.
I bought this sweet ring to remind my to "enjoy the process". That personal catchphrase is a reminder to me to take each day "step by step", and to "enjoy the process", to be happy IN process, not only AFTER the process is successfully finished -- or I'll never be lastingly happy, joyful.
