We offer a wide range of ring sizes at Awareness Avenue from size 3-13 and their half sizes. Why? Love doesn't come in single sizes and neither should your ring.

Find Your Ring Size
Finding Your Ring Size.
Cut a strip of paper or a piece of string. Wrap the paper or string around the finger to be sized.
Slide the paper or string up to the knuckle, as the ring must be sized large enough to able to slip off and on, over the knuckle.
Mark the intersection point of string. Make sure to mark both points of the string.
Place the paper or string next to a ruler and write down your measurement.
Locate your ring size by locating your measurement on the size chart.
If the measurement falls in between two sizes, it is recommended that you choose the larger size. Your fingers might also swell if you're pregnant or taking certain medications. Take this into account when measuring your fingers

Make sure he or she wears that ring on the finger you are shopping for.
Using a ruler to measure the inside diameter or inside circumference of the ring.
Match your measurement with our size chart to find your perfect fitting size!

FIrst off this ring is very important to me because I deal with pretty intense mental health issues and this is a reminder that I am enough regardless of my extras. It is a constant reminder and brings a wave of calm and recentering.
As for the actual ring, it is very comfortable. Some adjustable rings, when you open them to fit they stretch oblong and this ring stays in shape so no part of my finger is squished. It is also smooth so it does not irritate my finger at all. I believe it will be a ring that i wear for years.
This is my second time purchasing this ring. I misplaced it while on a trip and I missed the daily reminder that I AM ENOUGH. When I am feeling unworthy, this is the perfect reminder to straighten my crown. I have it on everyday! Great material and durability.
