Made-to-Order Policy
Made-to-order jewelry is crafted specifically after your order is placed. Please review the production timeline, cancellation window, and exchange terms below before ordering.
Production and Delivery
- Please allow 10–15 business days for your jewelry to be crafted, finished, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.
- Once dispatched, free standard delivery typically takes an additional 7–10 business days.
- You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Cancellations and Corrections
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
- Corrections to customization details must also be requested within 48 hours.
- After this window, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
To request a cancellation or correction, contact us at support@awareness-avenue.com as soon as possible.
Exchanges and Final-Sale Items
The policy depends on whether your made-to-order piece is regular or customized:
- Regular made-to-order jewelry: Refunds are not available, but the item may be exchanged for another product.
- Customized made-to-order jewelry: Customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
A made-to-order piece is considered customized when the order includes one or more of the following:
- Added engraving
- Changed stone carat
- Changed stone color
- Changed band color
Lifetime Warranty
Both regular and customized made-to-order jewelry are protected by our Lifetime Warranty.
- If your jewelry develops a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Defective Products
If your item arrives defective or does not match the confirmed order details, contact us at support@awareness-avenue.com. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement.
Ring Resizing
If your made-to-order ring does not fit correctly, we will cover local resizing costs of up to $50.
