I bought two bracelets one for my grandson and one for my husband. They both loved them. My grandson’s was too small, customer service was excellent. They sent out a bigger size immediately. Very happy with my purchase.

Let me start by saying my son loves his bracelet and the message it came with. I ordered the wrong size for him and within hours of emailing customer service I was informed that not only would they send me a new bracelet in the correct size, but I didn’t even have to return the original one I bought. After arranging this I got follow up emails ensuring that I in fact received the replacement! Absolutely amazing customer service and a beautiful, high quality bracelet. I purchased this bracelet for my son’s college graduation. It’s very nice quality and I love the clasp and hidden message on the inside. I ordered the “adult” size and it was too big for him. I contacted Awareness Avenue and they sent the next size down promptly and easily! I would definitely buy from them again, amazing customer service. My son loves the bracelet - it’s very nice!

Bought the “Love you Forever” bracelet for my husband in the adult size for Christmas. It looked exactly as we expected but was way too big. It was replaced at no charge with no issue for a smaller size. We love it and very much appreciated the care and support we received from Michelle.

My son felt it was too bulky with the leather and beads attached. He would’ve worn one or the other. He liked the bead better , but not the leather so much. Unfortunately, he feels it’s too bulky to wear. It was for his birthday May 16th. Is there a way to return this, please?

The original bracelet I bought for my son was too big. I sent them an email and they sent a smaller bracelet at no additional cost to me. All emails were answered quickly. I wish more businesses were this accommodating and generous.
The first order the bracelet was too big. When I reached out to exchange with no problem mailing back, they replaced for FREE. Who does that. No one anymore. Will definitely recommend them and order again ❤️👌
