Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t in most circumstances offer you a refund or exchange. However our ultimate goal is for you to be happy, so please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work something out if you have any issues.
Sterling Silver Guarantee:
For all of our sterling silver jewelry our policy lasts 180 days. Whether a product is sterling silver or stainless steel will always be apparent on the individual product pages.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The email confirmation would suffice. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you received the wrong size:
In case you believe you have received the wrong size there are but a few steps we need to go through:
1. Please send us a picture of a measurement of the diameter of the ring you have received. Use a ruler to take the measurement.
2. We will cross check this with the sizing chart on the product page of the ring you have received.
3. If the size is correct according to your order (after checking with the sizing chart) we will provide you a 50% off discount code to purchase a new ring in a different size.
4. If the size is indeed wrong and does not match the ring you ordered we will issue a full and free replacement for you.
Other reasons for always-applicable refunds or replacements:
1. You have received a damaged item
2. You have received the wrong color / variant of an item
3. Your order was lost during transit
In the rare and unfortunate event your parcel was lost during transit, we will of course offer you a free replacement of the product or a full refund depending on your preference.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact us for the return address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
