Shop Pay is one of the payment options available during checkout. When buying from us, you can choose to pay upfront or defer the payment. With the installment feature on Shop Pay, you can break down your total amount into four equal payments, spread biweekly—with no interest at 0% APR and devoid of hidden or late charges. Your credit remains unaffected when checking eligibility.*
In certain cases, the first installment might be due at the time of purchase; if not, it will be due two weeks post-purchase.
What payment options are available for installment payments on Shop Pay?
For installment payments on Shop Pay, you can use both debit and credit cards.
Does Shop Pay have late fees?
No, there are no hidden or late fees when using Shop Pay with Awareness Avenue.
If I return an item bought using Shop Pay installments, what happens?
When we issue a refund, the amount will be credited back to your initial payment method within a span of 3-10 business days, and your remaining balance will adjust accordingly.
If the refunded amount is less than the outstanding purchase balance, your upcoming payment may remain unchanged. This could result in either a reduction in the number of payments or a smaller final payment, or both.
Should the refunded amount exceed your outstanding balance, the extra will be sent back to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
