It arrives in a felt bag and includes the “My Bestie” note card. I purchased a blue velvet box separately to present the gifted bracelet. The Awareness Ave company was easy to deal with and continuously sent updates regarding the shipment of my purchase. Communication when ordering items online is a key element of a trusted company. I would definitely recommend this bracelet as a gift item.
